Remove your saved card from Zoom

We couldn't confirm these steps against an official Zoom help page, so menus may differ.

1. 01Sign in to the Zoom web portal and open Account Management > Billing.
2. 02On the Billing Information tab, click Edit next to Payment Method to replace the card.
3. 03To remove it entirely, cancel your plan and ask Zoom Billing support to delete it.
